Equipment Removal & Inspection
Our first step is removing the old interior and sending out the engines to be overhauled. Then it’s time for an in-depth inspection of the airframe, begin the repairs and upgrades to the airframe, and remove the old avionics, wires, and servos.
Airframe & Panel Cleanup
The airframe repairs & upgrades are well-underway, and the design of the new avionics panel will soon be finalized. All of the new avionics equipment has arrived, and is ready to be placed in its new home.
Avionics Panel & Flight Controls
In our pursuit of the perfect avionics panel it takes planning, making improvements, testing, and improving again. The end result is an extremely capable, aesthetically pleasing, pilot-friendly flight control system that helps you manage the entire flight with ease.
Airframe Upgrades
The airframe upgrades and new avionics panel are complete, and the Elite Series Blueprint engines are being assembled.
Blueprinted Engines
Enjoy this insider's look behind the scenes as the engines are assembled, firewalls are prepared, and factory baffles are replaced with the new 58P Baron baffle kits from D'Shannon.
Paint Stripping
The old paint is stripped off the airframe and any minor repairs to the metal surface are completed. Alodine and green sealer are then applied for corrosion protection and to improve paint adhesion.

Elite Diamond Coat Paint
The airframe and all individual parts are painted with multiple steps of base and clearcoat. The colors are pearl white and metallic silver, red & black. The end result is gorgeous, and we enjoyed showing her off at AirVenture.

Interior & Finishing
The handcrafted interior is installed, and all the finishing touches are completed in preparation for delivery to the owner.
